Benjamin Barba-Zuniga is a 12th grader at California High School in San Ramon, the opinions editor for the school newspaper, The Californian, and a CCYJ reporter. Asked what inspires him, he said, “I think that words are cool and we should write them down. Writing them down, we remember the worlds we create and the emotions we evoke. Writing them down has an invisible value that only grows with time. That sounded pretty cool.”
