Maame-Abena Dwumfuoh, Reporter
Maame-Abena Dwumfuoh is an 11th grader at Dozier Libbey Medical High School in Antioch, a staff member of the school’s paper, Dose of Dozier, and a CCYJ reporter. She brought her journal to her photo session because “it represents a place where I can collect my thoughts and express myself. My journal shows my passion for expressing myself and recording moments that matter to me.” Asked for a quote that inspires her, she selected Maya Angelou: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
